Dr. Medlin accepts insurance! Please call the office for more information on what insurance plans are accepted.
While Medlin Neuropsychology accepts the above insurance plans and neuropsychological, psychological, and autism evaluations are typically covered by your insurance plan, this coverage varies based on your deductible and coinsurance percentage.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for neuropsychological services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Rates:
If Dr. Medlin does not take your insurance for one of the evaluations typically covered by insurance, you can pay out of pocket. Evaluations range in cost from $1200-$2000.
Psychoeducational evaluations are not covered by insurance and cannot be billed to your insurance company. They vary in cost from $1500-$2000.

Payment Types:
Medlin Neuropsychology accepts check, American express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and health saving accounts (HSA). Full payment is due at the time of the evaluation.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend you or your child's appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
